Taking into consideration that petitioner is in jail custody since 13.10.2014 on the accusation that two live cartridges were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and furthermore, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rachna Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Munger in Kasim Bazar P.S. Case no. 177/2014.
