JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 5.9.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was put on test identification parade but the witnesses who claimed to have identified, have not identified the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1240 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner in case the petitioner gets involved in serious offence or defaults without any reasonable cause on two consecutive occasions.
