Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is commission of assault with iron rod on the head of the informant. It is submitted that informant is own brother of the petitioner and due to dispute over an ancestral property, petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. FIR has been lodged after the delay of one day.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
