JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 28-10-2016 Heard Mr. Abhinav Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and Mr. Bipin Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the University. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 8.10.2014 issued under the signature of the Secretary of the Governing Body of Siddhartha Mahila College, Patna by which the petitioner was informed that he has been put under suspension pursuant to the decision taken by the Governing Body of the College, a copy of which is impugned at Annexure15 to the writ petition.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2364 of 2016 (4) dt.28-10-2016 A counter affidavit is on record through which the University submits that the representation filed by the petitioner against the suspension has been acted upon and hearing has been taken.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Vice-Chancellor of the University to dispose of the matter expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
