The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 562 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2018. He further submits that the stolen property was kept in the cowshed of house of Bishnudayal Sharma and not from the exclusive possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that residential house and alleged cowshed are jointly owned by the petitioner and other family members.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.621 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 antecedent, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned C.J.M. Purnea, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 562 of 2018.
