Therefore, it appears that either the main proceedings have already stood disposed off or the petitioners are no longer having any interest in the present case.

Under the circumstances, the present petition can be disposed off with liberty to the writ petitioners to move appropriate application, in case they are of the opinion that the matter is still alive and their advocate is having the papers, annexing a copy of the writ petition along with the entire
