The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kochas (Parsathua) P.S. Case No. 28 of 2020 for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

In view of the registration of the FIR for theft of the Bolero Pickup as contained in Annexure-3 and the petitioner being the owner of the said vehicle, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
