The petitioner was caught on the spot while in objectionable posture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 43247 of 2014 and analogous cases.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
