2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 02.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20328 of 2024.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No.90 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 384, 386, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. The petitioner is alleged to be member of a gang which demanding for extortion. The petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2023. The petitioner has five criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
