The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 25.06.2019 before the learned Collector, East Champaran, Motihari hence the same be directed to be disposed of expeditiously. Having considered the short prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the learned Collector, East Champaran, Motihari within a period of four weeks from today regarding his grievances pertaining to

Patna High Court CWJC No.950 of 2020(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 rejection of his candidature for allotment of PDS dealership whereupon the learned Collector shall dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
