The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 338, 353, 385, 379, 420 and 506/34 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners have no concern with the alleged occurrence. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioners by contending

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13296 of 2021(4) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 that in course of investigation, the materials have come against the petitioners showing their complicity in the alleged occurrence. Hence, the petitioners do not deserve to be enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation as well as the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioners is rejected.
