JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 25-07-2022 A Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2, which is kept on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 506 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the D.P.Act.

It is a case of torture sustained by the complainant due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3354 of 2022(3) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 further submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with full honour and dignity and they will also create good sense, which will prevail between the parties. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 246 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

At the time of furnishing bail bond, the petitioner will bring his wife in the court below with full honour and dignity and looking after the behaviour of the parties, the court below will accept the bail bond of the petitioner.
