Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.264 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner, as per FIR is that on the direction of the Appellate Tribunal, a case was instituted against the petitioner and other co-accused persons with respect to forgery in appointment and the petitioner and other coaccused persons are said to be member of the Appointment

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that other co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court as well as by co-ordinate Benches of this Court (Annexure-2 series of the bail petition). Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.264 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
