The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 66(c) of I.T. Act and Sections 18(A), 18(B), 18(c), 27(B)(ii)(c), 28(A), 33 EEC(B), 33(i) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

On the disclosure made by co-accused Awadhesh Kumar Sharma, petitioner has been made accused. By filing supplementary affidavit, it is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the articles i.e. Laptop, mobile phone, Pass-Book and cash, which are said to be seized from possession of this petitioner, belong to either petitioner or his wife. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.4385 of 2022(4) dt.01-11-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak (Katri Sarai) P.S. Case No. 409 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
