2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nagra P.S Case No. 129 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, 24 liters of country made liquor was recovered from a bag near bushes.

4. Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the bail application stands disposed of.
