JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 153A, 295 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners took out a Tajiya procession without having permission of authority and during same procession, some clothes were put on the idol of Bajrangbali. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation has been levelled only on suspicion and for the same occurrence, Kurhni P.S. Case No. 410 of 2014 and 411 of 2014 have been lodged and in Kurhni P.S. Case No. 410 of 2014, the petitioners have been granted anticipatory vide Cr. Misc. No. 1444 of 2015.

No.2018 of 2015 (2) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kurhni P.S. Case No. 411 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
