28.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 103 of 2012 registered under Sections 386, 323 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari. Considering the Report of the S.P.

East Champaran that witnesses are being produced regularly by its agency, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to abide by its Trial Plan.
