1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 109, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are women and on account of dispute relating to land, the occurrence is alleged to have taken place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is also submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that Ganga Singh is

No.4421 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/3 alleged to have assaulted the informant by iron rod causing injury on head and thereafter, Sonu Kumar is also alleged to have assaulted the informant by spade near the eye while petitioner Manorma Devi is alleged to have assaulted the informant by brick while Puja Devi is alleged to have assaulted the informant by lathi causing injury on nose.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since petitioners are wife and daughter of Ganga Singh, as such, they have been implicated in the instant case by the informant in order to coerce Ganga Singh and his son into submission.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Sirari P. S. Case No.81 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
