The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 252 of 2014 for the offences registered under Sections 25 (1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The police intercepted the vehicle bearing Registration No. BR 9M 8170 and from there four accused persons were apprehended. Nishant Kumar was on the driver seat and from his possession country made pistol was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Bolero Jeep was not looted one. The same belonged to one Sanjiv Kumar Jha, who had let out the jeep to Nishant Kumar for plying. Nothing was recovered from petitioners. Considering the facts that no arms and ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioners, petitioners above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 252 of 2014.
