In this case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Vaishali (Belsur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. During investigation, it has been found that the petitioner has assaulted by Khurpi on the shoulder of the Informant.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Kanti Devi, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
