In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Darbhanga P.S. Case No. 240 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

It was a highway robbery. The driver was over powered, he was thrown from the truck, thereafter the truck was taken away and it was sold, but the truck after some time, was recovered. The name of the petitioner has come in paras 46, 48, 64, 87, 80, 100, 103, 108 and 123 of the case diary are sufficient indicating the involvement of the petitioner in the aforesaid

In such view of the matter this Court, for present, is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner, he may renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year of custody.
