Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018 for the offence under sections 379, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 23.10.2018.

Learned counsel further submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR and nothing incriminating was recovered from the conscious or constructive possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that he was not even put on TIP.

Considering the totality of the fact situation discussed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.595 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 hereinabove, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran , in connection with Mehsi P.S.
