Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that it were coaccused Bhagwan Turahan, Tinku Sah and Ajit Sah, who forcibly kidnapped her and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated in the written report that his vehicle had been used in committing the alleged crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8408 of 2016 (2) dt.26-02-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Panchrukhi G.B.Nagar P.S.Case No. 209 of 2013.
