The present writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent authority to consider the case of the petitioner and appoint her on the post of Anganwari Sevika for center No. 218, which is situated in Ward No. 6 in Grampanchayat Raj Bhagwanpur, P.S.- Parsauni, Anchal-Riga, Dist- Sitamarhi.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that petitioner has directly moved before this Hon'ble Court for redressal of her grievances but she has not exhausted her remedy under the relevant Margdarshika for

Patna High Court CWJC No.17632 of 2018(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the original forum under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka within 30 days, if cause of action still survives.
