JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-01-2019 The matter has been listed under the heading ' To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner. It appears that in paragraph no.4 of the order dated 15.01.2019, it has been recorded that 'petitioners are neither the owner nor the driver of the tractors', though, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are the owner and driver, respectively, of one of the seized tractors and statement to that effect has also been made in the petition. In the circumstances, the order dated 15.01.2019 is modified to the extent that let in paragraph no.4 of the order, be read as 'the petitioners are the owner and driver, respectively of one of the seized tractors'.
