2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P. S. Case No. 1205/2022 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32, 34, 36 and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 30 liters county made liquor was recovered from the river side.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P. S. Case No. 1205/2022. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
