There is specific allegation against the petitioner and one co-accused, Luchu Paswan that they assaulted the deceased with bricks. The allegation appears to be corroborated by the postmortem report of the deceased.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No. 247 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai stands rejected.
