In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 335 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, an allegation has been made that the petitioner and his associates to have taken away the son of the Informant for the purpose of running and, later on, he was killed by them.

Looking to the nature of offence as alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1821 of 2019(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
