Taking into consideration that two pistols and three live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case no. 323/2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara stands rejected, at least, at this stage. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within five months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the trial court itself.
