The petitioner is languishing in jail since 08.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 366,366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the statement of the girl recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. she has categorically admitted that she had love with the petitioner and she has performed marriage with the petitioner and statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 11 of the petition.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.989 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.
