In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 239 of 2015 for offence under Sections 386, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
In this case, an allegation has been made that the petitioner and other co-accused gone to the house of the Informant and demanded extortion money of Rs. 1 lac. When he refused to pay the same, the petitioner shot fire but it was a narrow escape. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Naresh Yadav is rejected with a direction to the trial court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6248 of 2016 (2) dt.23-02-2016 to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not completed within the aforesaid period, then the petitioner will have liberty to renew his prayer for bail before this Court. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
