The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 23 of 2007 registered under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is specific allegation of firing against co-accused Mahendra Pandey. Further he submits that no gun shot injury is found in the instant case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail
