Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Asarganj P.S.Case No120 of 2019 dated 23.11.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
There is recovery of liquor from Bahiar and the petitioner was made accused on the basis of confidential information.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confidential information, source is not mentioned and there is nothing against the petitioner as well as he has no criminal antecedent.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.2934 of 2020(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 3rd cum Special Judge (Excise), Munger in connection with Asarganj P.S.Case No.130 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
