For action against the respondent no.9 for doing unauthorized construction of house without sanctioning of the map by Nagar Parishad Danapur, Nijamat, Danapur, Patna.

ii. For execution of the order no.4 dated 03.01.2023 passed by Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad Danapur Nijamat by which notice was sent to the Respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.1008 of 2024(2) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 no.9 to stop unauthorized construction and a copy of the same to respondent no.8 to stop the unauthorized construction."

The Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Danapur will take appropriate action in the matter as it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that illegal construction is going on and the respondent no.7 (Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Danapur) is sitting tight over the matter. The action must be taken by the respondent no.7 within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
