JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner, being mother-in-law of informant's daughter, is languishing in jail custody since 28.9.2018, seeks bail in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 279 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The stand of the petitioner is that the informant's daughter died of her ailment and after cremation of dead body the informant lodged the present case with ulterior motive. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that the investigation has already been completed, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC.
