The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No.661 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of dowry death to the deceased due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand by the petitioner and his family members. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he has no concern with the mess and busi-

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be directed to be released on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1221 of 2023 arising out of Turkaulia P.S. Case No.661 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-21, Motihari, East Champaran.
