2. The petitioner has moved the Court for quashing of order contained in Memo No. 295 dated 01.02.2016 by which he has been placed under suspension and departmental proceeding initiated.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to his suspension and departmental proceeding, in the enquiry conducted, report has been submitted to the Disciplinary Authority but still the departmental proceeding has not reached its logical conclusion.

4. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the matter be disposed off with a direction to the authorities to conclude the departmental proceeding.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to such proposition.

6. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to conclude the departmental proceeding against the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, and in any case, latest within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
