The petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a & 26 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Statement to that effect has been made in para 7 of the petition.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1427 of 2015 (02) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, District - Patna in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 164 of 2014.
