The petitioner seeks regular bail in Guraru P.S.Case No. 69 of 2014 under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, who happens to be the sister-in-law made allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted his brother Suresh Das with iron rod on his head on account of some altercation between the wife of Suresh Das and the informant. The injury report of Suresh Das (Annexure 2) shows that Suresh Das got one lacerated wound on head of 1⁄2" x 1⁄4" x skin deep.The injury appears to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 18/09/2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1111 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya, in Guraru P.S.Case No. 69 of 2014.
