The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 11602 of 2018, arising out of Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 997 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a)(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.12.2018. He further submits that sin the instant case 40 litres of country made liquor was recovered.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
