The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 422 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 54 litres of Nepali liquor was seized. He submits that the liquor was not seized from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but the husk house. Considering the fact that nothing was seized from the conscious possession of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge,
