This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 06.09.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 37803 of 2019, whereby the present petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24787 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 petitioners shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that due to illness of the pairvikar and lack of communication, the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Court below within the time granted by this Court. He accordingly prays for two weeks more time to surrender before the learned Court below.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 06.09.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 37803 of 2019, is hereby extended by further two weeks from today.

Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
