The petitioner is languishing in jail since 13.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that while the informant was returning to his home the petitioner snatched Rs. 750/- as well as one mobile and when he reached near village one Zahoor said to him that miscreants have also looted Rs. 10900/- from him.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from his possession and only on suspicion petitioner has been apprehended. Statement to

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Katihar (M) P.S.
