JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present case, the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license to him has been rejected by the District Magistrate, Patna, hence the petitioner seeks liberty to file an appeal against the said order dated 11.11.2017 passed by the District Magistrate, Patna.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file arms appeal against the order dated 11/11/2017.
