The licence of the petitioner has been cancelled by the licencing authority and the aforesaid order has been sustained in appeal.

The petitioner has challenged both the orders on the ground that it does not depict any reason for

Patna High Court CWJC No.909 of 2022 dt.24-02-2022 2/2 dismissing the claim of the petitioner that his licence has wrongly been cancelled.

However, without referring to those reasons, we direct that in case a revision is filed by the petitioner within a period of 30 days, the revisional authority shall take up the matter and decide the revision application within a further period of 60 days after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner to represent his case. Needless to say that the revisional order shall be a informed one which shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
