The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 392 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379, 411, 413 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.10.2018.

Referring to the prosecution case he submits that petitioner is instrumental in theft of the motorcycle but nothing was recovered from his possession and the same was recovered from the joint house of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1177 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 392 of 2018.
