That this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs and order/orders in the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the Respondents to revoke the suspension of petitioner and accept his joining in service
Patna High Court CWJC No.1311 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/3 which was submitted by the petitioner on 22.11.2021 after releasing from judicial custody from 18.11.2021 in view of the Section 9(3)(i) of the Bihar CCA Rules, 2005 and further for directing and commanding the Respondents to pay the regular salary of the petitioner with consequential benefits and further for quashing of departmental proceeding so initiated by letter dated 27.1.2023 issued under the signature of Respondent No.5 and exonerate the petitioner from charges and further for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the parties submit that the present writ petition can be disposed off with a direction to the disciplinary authority to dispose off the pending departmental proceeding within a period of four months from today, failing which this Court may direct that the order of suspension dated 28.11.2019/02.12.2019
Patna High Court CWJC No.1311 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 3/3 shall stand revoked automatically. It is directed accordingly.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.
