JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 15.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24, 27A and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

6 kgs. of ganja were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is much below the commercial quantity. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge, Bettiah
