The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.02.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that co-accused Chhotu Prince opened fire on the victim. The petitioner was accomplice of Chhotu Prince.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is accused in three other cases but he is on bail in those cases and similarly situated co-accused Tanveer Alam has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 830 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1425 of 2015 (02) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Khajekala P.S. Case No. 252 of 2013.
