2. In CWJC No. 9314 of 2008, the writ Court on 28.08.2015 has passed the following order:
"Counsel for the petitioner has no instruction on the issue. Even otherwise the writ application seems to have become infructuous.
Writ application is dismissed as having become infructuous."
3. In CWJC No. 11723 of 2008, the writ Court on 28.08.2015 has passed the following order:
"Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This writ application stands dismissed.
Let the petitioner exhaust remedy before
Patna High Court MJC No.991 of 2017(3) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 the authority or forums, available, looking at the nature of the relief and dispute raised therein.
This Court will not exercise its discretion under Article 223 of the Constitution of India."
4. The matter having been dismissed as infructuous in the year 2015, no further direction can be given.
